Privacy Policy

What We Collect
Goalio360 is a World Cup scores, fixtures, predictions, and alerts app. We do not require an account and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, payment information, or advertising ID.
When you use notifications, we collect a Firebase Cloud Messaging token for your device, followed teams or matches, and custom alert rules so we can send the alerts you requested.
When you use Ask Goalio, your question, recent chat context, generated answer, tool metadata, provider, timing, errors, and a salted hash of your IP address may be logged for debugging, abuse prevention, and improving reliability. Ask Goalio logs are capped, and logs older than 30 days are pruned when new Ask logs are written.
How We Use Data
We use notification data to deliver match alerts, live-score updates, and custom reminders. We use Ask Goalio prompts to answer your questions and create notification actions you confirm.
When you use Ask Goalio, your message and limited context are sent to third-party AI and large language model processing providers to generate a response. These providers may route your request to their own upstream model providers. We do not send your name, email, or account identifiers with these requests. We may also use Cloudflare services for hosting, security, bot prevention, rate limiting, and server logs. We do not sell personal data and we do not use Ask Goalio prompts for advertising.
Storage And Security
Data is sent over HTTPS. The Android app stores theme choice and followed teams or matches locally on your device. If Android backup or device transfer is enabled, local app preferences such as theme choice and followed teams or matches may be included by Android's backup system. Server-side notification records (your device token, followed teams or matches, and alert rules) are kept while you have active follows or alerts, and are removed when you delete your data or when your device token becomes invalid. Invalid push tokens may be pruned automatically. Ask Goalio logs are capped, and logs older than 30 days are pruned when new Ask logs are written.
Request Data Deletion
You can request deletion of data associated with your Goalio360 app install, including notification tokens, followed teams or matches stored for push delivery, custom alert rules, and Ask Goalio logs where they can be reasonably identified.
In the Android app, open Settings → Delete My Data to immediately remove your notification token, followed teams and matches, and saved alert rules from our servers and your device. Because Ask Goalio logs are stored with a salted hash of your IP address and are not tied to your device or account, they cannot be targeted from the app; they are capped and auto-expire, or you can request their removal by email below.
Email [email protected] with the subject “Goalio360 data deletion request”. If you are requesting deletion for an Android install, include any details that help identify the request, such as the approximate time you used Ask Goalio or created notifications. Do not send sensitive personal information.
Some security, abuse-prevention, provider, or infrastructure logs may remain for a limited retention period where deletion is not technically immediate, but they are not used to contact you or sell data.
Children
Goalio360 is a sports scores, fixtures, predictions, and alerts app intended for users aged 16 and older. It is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children or from users under 16. If you believe someone under 16 has provided data through the app, contact us and we will remove it.
